  • Chicago Urban League The State of Black Business in Illinois. In late 2021, DCEO, Chicago State University and the Chicago Urban League launched the first-of-its-kind statewide Black business survey to solicit feedback directly from Black-owned businesses.   • Chicago Urban League Black Wellness Fair. CUL is partnering with Centers for New Horizons to host a vaccine clinic for children and adults. Everyone who gets a first or second dose vaccine will receive a $50 gift card. Those who get a booster will receive a $25 gift card. We will offer Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson and Johnson. Location: Chicago Urban League located at 4510 S. Michigan Ave. in Chicago. Time: 10 AM - 1 PM. Walk-ins are welcome, but please register here to let CUL know you’re going.
